We are seeking a Security Architect who will join our team and take the lead on developing, implementing, and maintaining our security strategy within our Service Provider organization. /ppWe are seeking a highly experienced Consultant Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery (DR), and Resiliency to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive strategies that ensure organizational resilience and regulatory compliance. As a key advisor to senior leadership, you will be responsible for aligning resiliency programs with industry standards and regulatory frameworks, while proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies across the enterprise. /ppYou will conduct risk assessments and threat modeling to identify and prioritize risks to our business and IT assets, using your extensive experience in security architecture design and implementation within a Service Provider environment to create a cutting-edge security architecture framework. You will also work to maintain policies, standards, and guidelines related to information security within our organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and technologies such as encryption, authentication, and authorization solutions. /ppYour role will also involve conducting security reviews of vendors and third-party partners to ensure they meet our rigorous security standards, as well as performing regular security and risk reviews of our Service Provider environment to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation activities. /ppAt the forefront of security trends and technologies, you will advise our senior leadership team on the latest security best practices, and stay ahead of emerging security threats, always keeping our organization one step ahead. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others. /ppbRequired Technical and Professional Expertise : /b /pulliMinimum of 10 years of experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Organizational Resilience within large, regulated environments. /liliStrong working knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk frameworks (e.g., FFIEC, DORA, NIST SP 800-34, ISO 22301). /liliDemonstrated experience in leading business continuity and DR planning efforts, including documentation, testing, and governance. /liliExperience with enterprise risk management and third-party / vendor risk as it relates to business continuity. /liliProven ability to collaborate across diverse technical and business teams to implement complex resiliency programs. /liliStrong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence executive decision-making. /li /ulpbPreferred Technical and Professional Experience : /b /pulliRelevant industry certifications such as CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional), MBCI (Member of the Business Continuity Institute), or ISO 22301 Lead Implementer. /liliExperience working in financial services, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries. /liliBachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Continuity, Information Security, Risk Management, or a related field. /li /ulpDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
