Warehouse Operations Team Leader
Summary
The Warehouse Operations Team Leader is responsible for guiding the daily activities of the warehouse team while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. This role oversees personnel, inventory processes, workflow coordination, and administrative functions to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant operations. The Team Leader plays a critical role in developing team capabilities, strengthening departmental processes, and supporting long‑term operational excellence. This position is located in our corporate office located in Mason, OH.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Apply in‑depth knowledge of warehouse, inventory, and logistics processes to interpret procedures, resolve non‑standard issues, and recommend enhancements that improve departmental performance.
- Provide daily coaching, constructive feedback, and clear work direction to team members to reinforce standard work, close performance gaps, and support ongoing skill development.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate weekly work schedules aligned with workload demands and staffing requirements.
- Lead assigned warehouse areas to achieve accuracy, productivity, safety, and service-level targets, escalating systemic challenges and partnering with leadership to address root causes.
- Actively participate in the safety committee and champion a proactive, safety‑first culture across the department.
- Support the RGA process by ensuring accurate part identification, documentation, and timely processing.
- Assist with RPC part identification and photographic documentation to maintain data accuracy and traceability.
- Coordinate expedited international imports and ensure timely delivery to meet customer expectations.
- Monitor SAP reports to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Oversee
