We are a fast-growing and fully remote company, working with the best Brands, Foundations, and Universities in the Fashion and Luxury ecosystem. We are currently managing projects and organizing events in the most important fashion and innovation hubs worldwide: Milan, New York, Paris, Miami, Dubai, Berlin, and more to come.
We are looking for a Junior Sales & Growth profile to join our team and drive business development across our Growth ecosystem — connecting innovative tech players with leading luxury brands and monetizing both sides of the match. A hands-on commercial role with real ownership of your pipeline from day one and a clear path to growing responsibilities.
What you'll do
- Lead generation and commercial scouting across tech partners and luxury brands.
- Outreach and first-contact management: qualify opportunities and open conversations.
- Build and manage your sales pipeline on CRM (HubSpot).
- Support proposals, pitches, and the closing of partnerships and deals.
- Develop and maintain relationships across the ecosystem: startups, brands, investors, and institutional partners.
- Take ownership of your own targets from the start, with growing autonomy and responsibility over time.
Requirements
- Master's degree or recent graduate with some initial experience (preferably in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field).
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, growth, or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot) and a data-driven approach to outreach is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented, with a proactive can-do attitude.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets.
