Responsibilities
- Greet customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience: you will make them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver client‐centric solutions, offering clients personalized consultations based on their profiles.
- Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
- Actively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets), adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
- Organize and manage the stockroom of the store and deliveries.
- Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with a trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization.
- Foster a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
- Knowledge of key commerce KPIs.
- Empathy and dynamism.
- Results‐oriented mindset.
- Aptitude for teamwork.
