We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist, who will join Moellhausen Product Marketing Dept. The role is intended to support and promote higher efficacy of marketing and sales activity worldwide, with a particular focus on product development and promotion.
The candidate will support the development of proactive fragrance collections and client briefs, create and deliver impactful product presentations based on trend identification, and will collaborate in the organization of trainings, international exhibitions and special events.
The Product Marketing Specialist will report to the Product Marketing Manager.
Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Marketing or Sales Team;
Prepare marketing materials (creative storytelling, engaging moodboards, product presentations, etc…) to support fragrance concepts and collections;
Empower the Sales Team with marketing contents, respecting Moellhausen brand guidelines and tailoring them to specific client needs;
Leading in-house training sessions, to share and ensure the correct understanding, positioning and launch of fragrance collections.
Manage and interact with suppliers for developing promotional materials and supporting worldwide marketing activities;
Keep track of the market dynamics of all scented product categories, monitoring new product launches and macro trends.
At least 5 years experience in Marketing or Product Development (Fragrances or Cosmetics Industries will be preferred).
MSc in Marketing or equivalent education
Knowledge of SAP is considered a plus
Excellent communication and planning skills
Excellent in both written and spoken Italian and English. The knowledge of further languages is a strong plus.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)
National or international travelling may be required.
35.000 - 45.000 gross annual salary ((based on experience and seniority).
