As a Solution Sales Executive (SSE) Expert, you drive LoB cloud revenue by combining SAP expertise with business acumen to deliver high-impact, transformative SCM solutions. You own C-suite relationships, shape multi-year account plans, and guide customers through value-driven transformation, AI adoption, and innovation. You’ll lead GTM efforts, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and partner with ecosystem players to position SAP as a market leader. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on deal orchestration to deliver measurable value.

* Own end-to-end account strategy and multi-year plans for assigned LoB accounts
* Map current-state processes, identify gaps, and design transformation roadmaps
* Identify and develop expansion opportunities; manage pipeline and forecast revenue
* Lead go-to-market for new products, with emphasis on AI and innovation
* Provide demos, trials, and proofs-of-concept using customer data
* Develop executive-level ROI narratives and support strategic discovery
* Lead complex commercial discussions including pricing and cloud models
* Drive adoption and monitor usage in collaboration with Customer Success
* Oversee renewal negotiations and field execution for financial-application deals
* Build relationships with C-suite and buying centers; conduct Quarterly Business Reviews
* Manage strategic alliances with consulting and SI partners (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY)
* Coordinate cross-functional execution with Sales, Product, Marketing, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams
* Maintain up-to-date SAP and adjacent solution knowledge; monitor market and competitor trends
Responsabilità
* Quota-carrying sales experience with 10 years in software sales or related advisory roles
* Executive relationship-building with C-suite influence (CSCO, COO, CLO, etc.)
* B2B enterprise SaaS experience with complex stakeholder management xjrgpwk
* Proven account management, solution sales, or customer success background
* Strong understanding of solution selling, value realization, and account planning
* Domain expertise in financial applications; knowledge of AI and innovation trends
* Ability to articulate ROI and build business cases; track record in expansion selling
* Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to operate in a matrixed environment and influence without authority
* Experience selling complex SCM transformations (planning, execution, optimization)
* Fluency in English and Italian
