Role Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of thermotechnical plants, ensuring compliance with O&M and SLA contracts. Monitor plant performance, analyze production data, and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency. Coordinate O&M service providers, verifying proper maintenance execution. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and energy regulations. Prepare periodic reports, including economic and technical analyses. Assist in administrative and financial management of plants, including contract verification. Identify technical and managerial improvement opportunities and propose strategies. Support revamping and repowering initiatives, aiding technical decision-making. Minimum Requirements Technical diploma or degree in mechanical, thermotechnical, or energy engineering. At least 4 years experience managing HVAC plants, especially thermal-hydraulic and air conditioning systems in public and private sectors. Knowledge of O&M contracts. Data analysis skills and experience with SCADA and performance monitoring software. Vendor and maintenance contract management skills. Additional Skills Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and autonomous decision-making skills. Strong organizational skills, precision, and attention to detail. Effective communication and relationship management skills with partners, suppliers, and authorities. Result-oriented mindset. Teamwork predisposition. Willingness to travel nationally is required.
