Core ResponsibilitiesManage dailyCRM operationsthrough platforms likeFollow Up Boss (FUB)to keep client data accurate and organized.
Conductlead auditsand monitor CRM activity to identify follow-up opportunities.
Support the creation ofmarketing materials, property flyers, and presentationsthat reflect a professional brand image.
Assist withsocial media content planning and postingacross multiple platforms.
Coordinatelead distribution and follow-upto ensure timely communication with prospects.
Maintain a structureddatabase of client information, property records, and transactions.
Generate reports and insights to improvelead quality and conversion metrics.
Provideadministrative and marketing supportto agents and internal teams.
RequirementsProven experience withCRM management(preferablyFollow Up Bossor similar).
Experience with Zillow Flex and Premier.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience inmarketing support, content creation, and collateral development.
Excellentwritten and verbal communicationwith a client-focused approach.
Proficiency insocial media managementand engagement tools.
Ability toprioritize multiple projectsand meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supportingreal estate or professional services teamsis preferred.
Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple systems and workflows.
Working hours:Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 8 PM PST.
