Develop new auction functions through offline simulation and online testing that consider ad relevance, ad revenue, advertiser demand, and seasonal or bespoke shopping experiences. Design, prototype, and iterate models that continually improve efficiency and effectiveness of ad inventory allocation, maximizing value for both shoppers and advertisers while delivering a clear customer value proposition. /li liAdvancing Scientific and Technical Capabilities: Elevate the team’s scientific and technical rigor by identifying and implementing best-in-class algorithms, methodologies, and infrastructure to enable rapid experimentation and scaling. We deliver highly personalized, context-aware advertising that adapts to individual shopper preferences, scales across diverse page types, remains relevant to seasonal and event-driven moments, and integrates seamlessly with organic recommendations such as new arrivals, basket-building content, and fast-delivery options. The base pay for this position ranges from $179,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $309,400/year in our highest geographic market.
