As an IT Analyst I, you will support all three Caterpillar Fluid Systems Italian sites, located in Frosinone, Atessa, and Cernusco sul Naviglio (Milano). Your responsibilities include application and technical problem identification and resolution, assessing the need for creating or redesigning applications to meet specific business requirements, enhancing user productivity, and adapting to organizational needs. You will conduct tests on new applications, troubleshoot employee-reported issues, and perform regular maintenance checks to ensure data security, following corporate guidelines. You will collaborate with global Caterpillar IT teams involved in all IT areas (IT Infrastructure, Database Administrators, IT Architects, Developers, etc.).
