**Position**:
**Your Tasks**
- Drive sales in all regions by supporting the PBU's within the defined rollout plan for all products.
- Build relationships within the division (Product Management, Product owners, R&D, Technical Solution Design etc.) and the PBU's to enhance the goals of the T&L team. Use Face to Face meetings when appropriate.
- Align roles and responsibilities to the Target Operating Model and in line with the Dedalus Global T&L processes.
- Ensure rapid approval and handover to service. Engage early with approval flows during development cycle to ensure reliable and on time releases are achieved.
- Provide realistic commitments to a release or version. Identify and rectify bottlenecks and issues that might impact on product quality and release dates.
- Consolidate Regional and customer requirements and inform Product Management and R&D. Understand the gaps across the regions, where there are overlaps in requirements. Be part of strategic decisions regarding new products and functionality.
- Coaching and development within the Transition team in line with business goals and our own personnel development goals.
- Contribute to potential partnership/acquisition discussions, identifying strengths and weaknesses to senior management.
- Manage changes in a controlled manner from product design to introduction into the field
- Oversee, Cross-integration and validation of our products, management of pilot and demo sites (field testing), acting as a service companion in the first real life installations for regional key stakeholders. Leading the product to production. Documentation from a service perspective and technical workshops and training for regional key stakeholders (internal and external to the company)
- Transfer knowledge throughout the organization
**Requirements**:
**Your Profile**
- Education to degree level (technical preferred) or equivalent IT industry experience. Existing healthcare IT knowledge is required
- Basic understanding of and practice with virtualization solutions
- Track record in leading complex projects in a software or high-tech field, with proven experience utilizing various project management methodologies
- Proven ability to bring people together and obtain consensus
- Strong organizational skills applied to managing multiple projects concurrently with extensive scope and complexity
- Understanding of software development processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and communicate new ideas and creative solutions and lead a team
- Self-confident person
- English (C1 certified level)
- Availability to business trips, both in Italy and Abroad
**Preferential Requirements**
- Previous Service Transition and Service Design knowledge
- Experience with regulations applicable to medical devices
- Knowledge of healthcare communication standards like HL7,FHIR preferred
- Product
- or Program Management experience preferred
- Sound command of French
