Ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role you will contribute to the development and assessment of new converter architectures to meet performance, reliability, and industry standards. You will work with cross‑functional teams to define specs, support testing, and document designs. You’ll tackle design validation challenges and help translate lessons from past projects into scalable power conversion solutions. This position offers hands‑on lab work, collaboration with service, manufacturing and procurement, and opportunities to influence product readiness and technical direction. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAnalyze and test future conversion topologies and components /liliPerform lab tests to advance technology readiness and verify performance /liliCoordinate with engineering divisions and offering to define product specs /liliSupport the testing team in planning and evaluating results /liliPrepare technical documents including drawings and component specs /liliApply lessons learned from previous projects to new ones /liliReport progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders and management promptly /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliDegree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field /lili3+ years in UPS, or power conversion platforms (AC/DC, DC/DC, etc.) /liliSubstantial knowledge of IGBT, Mosfet, SiC power switches, and magnetic components basics /liliAbility to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting /liliProficient with engineering design tools and methodologies (Plecs, Spice) /liliStrong planning, analysis and communication /liliCollaborative team player with solid problem‑solving skills /liliCustomer‑oriented; open to travel /liliGood in written and spoken English /liliExperienced in technical documentation and test procedures /liliComplete knowledge of laboratory measuring instruments operation (oscilloscope, wattmeter, etc.) /liliProven experience in prototype development, tuning and testing /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
