DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE
For our Global Marketing team, we are looking for a Global Marketing Specialist, who will co-lead Weinbrenner global mission in interim, contribute to SneakerFest campaign production and delivery as well support/help the Athleisure Team on various activities.
The person will work in the Global marketing team, reporting to the Global Athleisure Brands Director and in this position will work in very close cooperation with:
* The Product team mostly located in Padova (Italy) in charge of developing global collections and technical innovation, as well as local counterparts
* The Merchandising managers and local counterparts
* The Marketing Managers and their teams who lead the local execution.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
In this position, the Global Marketing Specialist will be at the helm of driving success by orchestrating the efficient integration and deployment of several initiatives including:
1.COMMUNICATIONS FOR WEINBRENNER AND BATA SNEAKERFEST
* Co-Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns (creative and playbook) for Weinbrenner brand and for multi-brand campaign project – called SneakerFest
* Co-Lead the relationship with communications agencies
* Work closely with the agencies to step up the brand’s campaigns creative ideas and visuals to increase their ability to break the clutter and drive traffic in-store and online. Understand the competitive landscape to ensure the brand’s differentiation and preference in the markets.
* Manage the campaign workflow until final delivery and market handovers, as well as budget management
* Work closely with the local Marketing teams for effective and timely implementation.
2.WEINBRENNER GPR & BRAND MANAGEMENT
* Act as go-to-person for Weinbrenner brand topics (projects, Weinbrenner stores,..etc)
* Co-lead the global Go-to-Market plan for next GPRs
3. TEAM SUPPORT
* Support/help the Athleisure Team on:
* Budget management (PO, invoices management,..etc)
* Samples orders and delivery
* Sell-in and sell-out analysis
* Presentations
REQUIREMENTS
* 3 years’ experience in brand marketing and communication
* Worked for/with a lifestyle footwear brand (footwear and/or apparel) and ideally connected to Retail (wholesale and/or DTC)
* Experience developing and implementing 360° marketing campaigns, including store as a medium and a strong digital acumen.
* Experience of campaign shoot / production and managing agencies.
