Adecco Italia SpA is looking for a Project Management Office Assistant to join the OneSystem Project Team of a multinational company operating in the Food sector, based in Italy. How you make the difference You will be part of OneSystem Project, a strategic transformation project aimed at implementing SAP S4/Hana in Spain and Morocco. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the simplification of intercompany flows. How your agenda looks like: Project Support: Provide daily operational support to the Project Leadership in managing project activities. OneSystem Roadmap: Assist in the rollout phases Documentation & Creativity: Help draft formal IT documentation and create engaging internal presentations to keep stakeholders updated. Process Learning: Work closely with our Project Experts and internal leaders to learn how to manage complex business processes. Data & Change Management: Support data collection and change analysis to make our intercompany flows simpler and more efficient. International Experience: Support project activities directly on-site through international travel to project locations (e.G., Spain and Morocco). Your team: You will report directly to the Project Leader.
