The candidate will need to have a proven track record for hiring, developing and retaining the best talent. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and improve forecasting models using data collection, data analysis and statistical tools /li liCreate optimal capacity plan for Finance Operations business by managing trade-offs between Customer Experience and Cost Effectiveness. /li liCoordinate with Operations and Finance teams to analyze historical data and demand forecasts and build out headcount planning models for future growth. /li liMitigate capacity risks by managing dependencies across multiple operational teams and sites /li liClearly communicate dependencies and manage/track exceptions with Senior Management. /li liManage the daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of capacity performance in each site via Key Performance Indicators. /li liProject management skills are required for success in this role. /li liGuide recruitment, retention, staff training and performance reviews /li liLead cross functional systems and process improvement initiatives /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience analyzing data and creating reports for leadership /li li8+ years of FPA or related analytical field experience (Preferred Qualification) /li li4+ years’ experience in Capacity planning/ Work force management experience /li liAdvanced proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g. Excel) is a must /li liExperience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership /li liExperience building complex models using various statistical tools for optimization and then communicating plans or risks accordingly /li liDemonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liBig 4 experience and/or equivalent audit / business controls experience /li /ul pOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
