THE ROLEWe are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Milan. The ideal candidate has experience providing technical support across both Microsoft Windows and macOS environments, with strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, and a solid understanding of basic networking principles.This is a hands-on role suited for a proactive problem-solver who can work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills in both English and Italian.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Windows and macOS users.Configure and deploy new equipment (laptops, desktops, peripherals).Install, configure, and troubleshoot applications including Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace.Troubleshoot general network issues (Wi-Fi, printers, user connectivity).Ensure proper documentation and management of incidents via the internal ticketing system.Escalate technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.Collaborate with IT colleagues to maintain smooth daily operations.WHO YOU ARE:Technical diploma or degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).Foundational knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and operating systems.Any relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, ITIL) are considered a plus.Proven experience supporting Windows OS and macOS environments.Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.General understanding of network infrastructure (e.g., DNS, DHCP, LAN/Wi-Fi) and troubleshooting.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
