We are looking for a Production Manager to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Your main objectives will be to :
* Collaborate with the management team to define strategic goals and production targets;
* Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to measure the success of your function;
* Manage production processes independently, ensuring timely delivery, quantity, and quality standards;
* Work closely with the commercial team to develop a production budget;
* Create an operational calendar that regulates activities, times, and production methods based on available resources;
You will also be responsible for :
* Promoting a culture of continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing principles;
* Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations;
* Developing and implementing training programs for production staff;
* Maintaining open communication channels with all stakeholders;
To succeed in this role, you should have :
* A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field;
* At least 10 years of experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing company;
* Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong leadership qualities;
* Knowledge of production processes for stamped and machined parts in steel, aluminum alloys, and titanium alloys for the aerospace industry;
Qualifications :
* Knowledge of heat treatment processes;
* Knowledge of non-destructive testing, metallographic controls, chemical processes, shot peening, and painting;
