PpApply for the bTechnical Support Professional /b role at bSiemens /b in bMilano /b. Join the Smart Infrastructure Building team within the Software Delivery Support organization and make a real impact from day one. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liRespond to customer inquiries and support tickets related to cloud services. /li liDiagnose and troubleshoot issues with cloud applications and configurations. /li liEscalate complex problems to RD teams when needed. /li liCommunicate clearly and empathetically with customers via email, chat, or phone. /li liProvide guidance on using cloud products effectively and follow up to ensure satisfaction. /li liWork closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to resolve issues and improve services. /li liCreate and maintain internal and external knowledge base articles, FAQs, user guides, and training materials. /li liParticipate in training to stay updated on the cloud offering and support tools/processes. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). /li li1–3 years of experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in a cloud environment. /li liFamiliarity with networking, operating systems (Linux/Windows), and basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python). /li liProficiency with at least AWS as a cloud platform; knowledge of Azure or Google Cloud is a plus. /li liFamiliarity with cloud services such as virtual machines, storage, networking, and identity management. /li liGood communication and interpersonal skills; customer‑focused attitude. /li liAnalytical thinking and problem‑solving ability. /li liAbility to work independently and independently across functional teams. /li liPassion for continuous growth and learning. /li liRespect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness; willingness to co‑create and share knowledge. /li liProficiency in English and Italian. /li liEligibility to work in Italy. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liHybrid and remote working options enabled by innovative tools and devices. /li liComprehensive health insurance and welfare programs extendable to your family. /li liProfessional and extraprofessional accident insurance. /li liFree on‑site lunch options. /li liWi‑Fi reimbursement and flexible workplace tools. /li liOpportunities for continuous learning and career growth. /li liAn inclusive team culture where you can be yourself. /li /ul pSiemens is an equal‑opportunity employer.
