We are committed to encouraging our employees to reach their full potential while respecting and valuing them as individuals.Why choose Alstom?We offer access to technical and managerial career paths, leveraging advanced paradigms and cutting-edge technologies.We are currently seeking aSoftware Safety Assurance EngineerLocation options: Bologna, Rome, or Bari (10 days/month smart working)The RoleThe selected candidate will report to the Regional Center Safety Manager and will be responsible for managing, performing, and ensuring safety assurance activities across various projects, defining and delivering safe solutions.The main responsibilities include:Coordinating all safety assurance activities on the project;Performing safety analyses, managing hazard logs, and reviewing engineering activities from a safety perspective;Defining safety plans and managing safety workload and planning;Supporting tenders and teams to integrate products into projects;Building safety reports and safety cases;Applying safety assurance methodologies;Participating in and contributing to safety reviews;Defending safety case arguments before assessors;Following up on action plans to close findings from assessors.Educational and Professional RequirementsAdvanced university or engineering degree;1-2 years of experience in safety assurance roles in industries such as automotive, medical, aerospace, or railway;Good knowledge of safety standards (preferably CENELEC or equivalent standards like AREMA, IEEE);Ability to interact with stakeholders in an international environment;Resilient and proactive attitude.Human Value handles executive search and selection activities (Aut.
