POSITION: DOCUMENT CONTROLLER OIL & GAS – MILAN
1. YOUR ROLE
You will manage and control project documentation throughout its lifecycle
You will ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards
You will guarantee proper document tracking, distribution and archiving
You will support project teams across engineering, procurement and construction
2. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage document control systems (DMS/EDMS) and document registers
Issue, track and archive technical and commercial documentation
Monitor document submissions from vendors and contractors
Support audits, reporting activities and final project documentation handover
3. REQUIREMENTS
Experience with EDMS tools (Aconex, SharePoint, Documentum or similar)
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Understanding of document control processes and ISO standards
Fluent English (written and spoken)
