Experience defining and implementing conferencing solutions including applying best practices Strong Understanding of Agile/DevOps methods and processes is plus Position Summary Are you a talented IS/IT Technology Specialist ready to join our Workforce 360 Digital Workplace Team? We need you to guide and promote optimal use of conferencing technology and devices within the Europe Regional team supporting business requirements. You will be accountable for specific deliverables in relation to development and support (e.g. preliminary studies, setting technological directions). A Day in the Life of a Technology Specialist Conferencing Works closely with the business analysts and European Markets to define solutions for specific business needs Provides specialist consultancy, guidance and support in specific technologies based on subject expertise Provides recommendations on how to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and delivery of services through the use of technology Understands technology trends and the practical application of existing, new and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models Assists with designing the governance, assurance and standards activities associated with ensuring enterprise technology architecture compliance Liaises closely with suppliers, defining significant functional, technical and process integration decisions What else will make you successful?
