Ph3General Summary /h3pPosition works under the general supervision of a Senior Level Operations Manager and is typically assigned difficult projects and performs a variety of OM project management functions on activities associated with assigned OM assignments. This job is considered an upper-level project manager position and may be responsible for managing trades, craft, and staff positions or sub-contractors as required. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManagement of Operations and Maintenance contract in healthcare facilities with supporting buildings to maintain and operate facilities and utility systems. /liliPerform operations and maintenance functions including planning, directing and budgeting for assigned contracts. /liliPerform OM Management administration functions, handling a variety of actions and problems relating to assigned contracts. May prepare and analyze project fund status reports, review billing procedures and contractual requirement submittals. /liliMonitor management plans designed to accomplish contractual objectives and provide direction and support to subcontractors, support staff, trades and crafts. /liliResponsible for monitoring budgets on assigned contracts. /liliReconcile inconsistencies between proposals and new projects and analyze the effects of proposed contract changes. May provide management assistance with the coordination and negotiation of contract changes. /liliMay prepare customer correspondence concerning contract commitments, modifications and modifications. /liliPrepare, review and submission of all required contracting / Corporate reports and deliverables /liliResponsible for keeping current on government regulations and commercial trends. Monitor contract compliance requirements to ensure compliance with Service Contract Act, Davis Bacon Act and other Federal regulations as required. /liliResponsible for safety of all personnel on job, including sub-personnel, compliance with environment standards and quality of work performed. /liliResearch and address customer and employee complaints. /liliParticipate in long range planning of facility maintenance activities. /liliResponsible for scheduling of work to be performed. /liliOther duties as assigned. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliKnowledge of Joint Commission and Life Safety regulations /liliCHFM - Possess current ASHE Certified Healthcare Facility Manager certification /liliMinimum 5 years bedded Hospital experience as manager or alternate manager /liliWorking experience with NFPA. EPA.
