CMCC is launching a Program on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) focused on predicting the impacts of climate change across agriculture, urban systems, coastal areas, and societal sectors. The initiative is anchored by our Super Computing Center, a leading computational facility in Italy and Europe dedicated to climate research. Ongoing upgrades will enhance machine learning development and its application to climate science challenges. /p pTo lead this venture, we are seeking a team leader, a senior scientist, two junior scientists, and two software developers to establish a core AI/ML group. Leadership will advance innovative AI/ML research, foster collaboration, and ensure the program's success.
