The role leverages modern digital tools and AI-driven applications to optimize content quality, performance, and time-to-market.You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Production teams, as well as external partners, ensuring consistent brand communication across the Group and its operating companies. The position reports to the Group Commercial Officer.ResponsibilitiesSupport the definition and execution of the digital communication and editorial plan (websites, landing pages, newsletters, social media), with a strong focus on LinkedInManage and continuously improve brand guidelines, visual identity, and tone of voice across business unitsAnalyze communication and content trends in industrial, technology, and pharmaceutical marketsCoordinate content production, primarily internal, and when needed creative agencies, freelancers, and graphic suppliersDevelop and oversee B2B brand communication in industrial environmentsDesign and produce graphic and digital assets (brochures, product sheets, presentations, infographics, web assets) supporting the company’s Value PropositionTranslate technical, engineering, and process-related content into clear and effective messaging in collaboration with the Engineering DepartmentSupport communication for custom industrial projects, process solutions, and application case studiesCollaborate with Sales to develop technical-commercial materials supporting quotation and bidding processesSupport communication activities for international trade shows and industry eventsMonitor digital performance metrics, providing insights and continuous improvement actionsQualificationsDegree in Marketing, Communication, Design, Graphic Design, or related fieldsStrong experience with digital tools and the use of AI technologies for content creation and optimization10+ years of experience in B2B marketing and communication, ideally within industrial, engineering, or process-equipment environmentsProven experience managing digital communication channels and professional social mediaAbility to work with complex, technical, and structured contentStrong knowledge of visual communication principles and UX/UI fundamentalsExcellent organizational and project management skillsAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong team-oriented mindset and ability to work in multidisciplinary environmentsGood command of English, both written and spokenExperience in process equipment, engineering, industrial automation, or pharmaceutical manufacturingAbility to create videos, technical animations, or motion graphicsKnowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing toolsFamiliarity with analytics platforms, marketing automation, and CRM systemsWhat We OfferA role within a solid and structured industrial groupA strategic position supporting Marketing and SalesExposure to high-value, technically complex projectsAutonomy, responsibility, and professional growth opportunitiesA competitive compensation package, aligned with experienceFlexible working arrangements, where applicable
