Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic Reception Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.For the next season, will offer a seasonal contract from May 2026 to November 2026, with the possibility of renewal at the end of the season and potential conversion to a permanent contract thereafter.As Reception Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all reception activities, ensuring that every guest receives a warm, professional, and welcoming experience. Your role includes providing guests with information, assisting with their needs during their stay, and maintaining high standards of guest service to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all visitors.Qualifications
Experience in guest satisfaction, customer satisfaction, and customer serviceExperience in managing receptionist duties and training staffKnowledge of foreign languages is required: English is mandatory, German and French highly desirableBachelor's degree in Hospitality ManagementExperience in luxury hospitality industry

Manages guest check-in and check-out, ensuring an efficient and pleasant processResponds to guest questions and requestsHandles guest complaints, attempting to resolve problems in a timely and satisfactory mannerCreates a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests, making them feel welcome and comfortableSupervises and trains front desk staff, ensuring that they provide high quality serviceCreates and assigns shifts, ensuring adequate service coverageMonitors staff performance and provides constructive feedbackOversees the booking office and assists its operators with the daily dutiesIs responsible for the hotel's payments and, therefore, manages and verifies them and carries out the daily cash closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures

Minimum requirements
