About the Role
You’ll work among brilliant people with many different specialties: coding, graphics, artist, ui/ux design and machine learning. Starting from day one, you’ll join our three‑month long on‑board training about the use of C++ and Unreal Engine, followed by an internal buddy, who will take care of you through this period. During this training period, you’ll be able to develop your first mini‑BIM and after that, you’ll join your coding team who will report to a Lead supervisor. You’ll be responsible of implementing graphic algorithms in C++ and building software solutions for the automatic design of buildings and interior design. You’ll research current trends in emerging technologies and implementing them. Also, you will be interacting with the UI/UX team and collaborating with other offices (primarily India and China) to implement our multiplatform software (Windows, iOS, MacOs, Android, VR).

You will join the Architectural Group within our Modena Hub.
The team focuses on the core architectural domain of our BIM platform, developing:
- Drawing logic and advanced drawing tools
- Core architectural entities
- High‑level APIs and foundational systems used by other stream‑aligned teams

Requirements

- C++ Programming: Proven experience in modern C++ (3+ years) and solid software development practices. Experience in developing desktop applications in C++ (macOS, Windows, Linux) is a strong plus
- Version Control & Large Codebases: Experience working with large repositories and complex codebases; familiarity with Git is preferred.
- Geometry, Mathematics & 3D Graphics Algorithms: Solid understanding and genuine interest in these topics.
- Knowledge of Computer Graphics: Experience with any 3D graphics engine or software is preferred. Experience with Unreal Engine is a strong plus
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
- Education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical disciplines is preferred.
- English Proficiency: Strong written and spoken English skills are required, as English is used for most communication and meetings due to our highly international environment.

⌛️Flex Time: you can decide when to work from 6am to 10pm. We have a Core Time from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm in which presence is required (wfh/office), and the rest of the day is up to you!
