Mission
We are looking for an IT Infrastructure, Connectivity Manager and ITSM Process Owner to join employee experience IT team who will be responsible for two main streams of activities:
supporting the core teams on IT projects, enforcing group standards and managing and verifying business needs in the Infrastructure and Connectivity perimeter. She/He will be also the SPOC for Cybersecurity topic in the Country.
responsible for defining, managing, and continuously improving processes, working closely with the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) and other teams to ensure that processes are aligned with the needs of internal users and Schneider Digital standards defining, managing, and continuously improving processes.
Responsibilities
Support central teams in the Italian deployment of Global IT Infrastructure and Connectivity projects with the aim of addressing business requirements, respecting budget, deadlines and quality and performance employee experience standards.
Manage the delivery activities from the demand/discovery phase, collecting the requirements with the business areas, evaluating the feasibility and the alignment with Schneider Digital strategy, up to the realization of local projects.
Be the SPOC for issue escalation and collaborate with central teams on the solution to be implemented.
Manage local solutions and local suppliers assuring the alignment with Schneider Digital guidelines.
Proactively identify business opportunities to design and partner with the business to deliver continuously better products
Be the SPOC for Cybersecurity aspects and collaborate with central Team to align the Country to our cybersecurity guidelines
Process definition: The ITSM Process Owner is responsible for defining processes, such as incident management, problem management, or PC retrieval management. They work with the Service Delivery manager and other teams to ensure that processes are clearly defined, measurable, and aligned with internal user needs.
Process improvement: the ITSM Process Owner is responsible for continuously improving processes, using tools and techniques such as process mapping, root cause analysis, and performance metrics. They work with the SDM and other teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to processes.
Process training: the ITSM Process Owner is responsible for providing training to internal users and teams on processes, such as incident management, problem management, or change management. They work with the SDM and other teams to ensure that internal users are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to work effectively.
Process monitoring: the ITSM Process Owner is responsible for monitoring processes, such as incident management, problem management, or change management.
Knowledge management: the ITSM Process Owner is responsible for the design and operation of IT processes, including knowledge management processes. They work with the SDM, the Service Owner, and the Quality Manager to ensure that knowledge management processes are integrated with other IT processes.
Risk Management: identifying and managing risks associated with process. Encouraging and implementing innovative delivery approaches to improve process.
Skills and competencies:
Solid understanding of how IT infrastructure components support the business.
Experience in infrastructures support & operations environments with good understanding of infrastructure components like servers, network, communication protocols, clients and PC, printers.
Good understanding of risk management (identification, documentation and mitigation), with good knowledge of IT and cybersecurity with reference to the company infrastructure and applications landscape as a plus.
Communicate progress as appropriate.
Results-driven leader with experience in a significant IT program for transformation & change management and has delivered real change in relation to the employee community
Ability to analyze/ understand end-user perspective and how to support business
Capability to contribute strategically as well as tactically and operationally
Background in –or good knowledge of – Communication and Change function
Capacity to animate a worldwide team and to coordinate with other functions/geographies
Ability to promote new kind of services and/or transformation program internally
Excellent communication & relational skills (technical & business teams)
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
3+ years end user support experience in different platforms. Experienced with ITSM tools Service Now.
ITIL foundation certification, ITIL expert Management & Financial skills
Needs to be continually learning the latest platforms and technology

Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
