 
        Michael Page - Support the execution of M&A transactions through detailed financial modelling, valuation analyses, and preparation of transaction materials. - Assist in due diligence processes, data room management, and coordination with internal teams and external advisors. - Prepare presentations, pitch books, and other client-facing materials to support origination and execution. - Conduct industry, company, and market research to provide insights for senior team members and to help identify opportunities. - Work closely with Associates and Vice Presidents to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality in all deliverables. - Develop technical and analytical skills while contributing to a collaborative and entrepreneurial team culture. - 1-2 years of relevant experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate finance, in leading independent advisory firms or international investment banks - Strong academic background in finance, economics, or related fields, with excellent analytical and quantitative skills. - Solid technical foundation in financial modelling, valuation methodologies, and accounting principles. - Keen attention to detail, with the ability to handle complex assignments under tight deadlines. - Interest in working on large and upper mid size transactions, ideally with exposure to complex or cross-border deals. - Experience in leading independent advisory firms or international investment banks - Generalist mindset, with the flexibility to work across sectors rather than a narrow specialization. - Fluent in Italian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. - Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
