PpWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven bEMEA Finance Operations Analyst /b to support performance visibility and industrial controlling across the EMEA region. /p pIn this role, you will be responsible for collecting, structuring, consolidating, and analyzing industrial data to enable accurate performance monitoring, support industrial month-end closing, and drive fact-based decision-making. You will ensure reporting is timely, standardized, and reliable across all plants. /p pBeyond reporting, you will play a key role in the digitalization and harmonization of industrial controlling processes, helping to improve transparency, efficiency, and data integrity across the region. /p pYou will also provide hands-on operational support to local plant controllers, ensuring business continuity during absences, peak workload periods, and onboarding phases that require on-site knowledge transfer and handover. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liConsolidate and analyze industrial performance data across EMEA plants /li liSupport industrial month-end closing processes /li liDeliver accurate, standardized, and timely reporting /li liDrive harmonization and digitalization of controlling processes /li liProvide on-site operational support and continuity for local plant controllers /li /ul pThis role is ideal for a finance professional who combines strong analytical capability with operational pragmatism.
