From concept development to final delivery. Coordinate with creative, art direction, styling, photography, and post-production teams. Manage production budgets, timelines, and supplier relations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Supervise on-set operations and logistics, ensuring smooth execution during shoot days. Source, negotiate, and manage external vendors (studios, locations, crew, set design, etc.). Work closely with internal stakeholders ( to align creative goals with brand strategy. Guarantee quality standards, consistency, and brand identity across all produced assets. Requirements Proven experience as a Fashion Producer within a brand, agency, or production company. Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset. Deep understanding of fashion industry production standards and workflows. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English Role Type Full-time, in-house position.
