Pre-Sales Engineer - Italy
We are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer, a full-time, remote from Italy position.
* Support business development through roadshows and workshops;
* Serve as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, handling technical communication and solution introductions;
* Build and maintain relationships with partners, establishing trust through technical expertise and understanding client needs;
* Prepare technical materials and presentations for pre-sale support;
* Train and interact with partners to ensure understanding of EcoFlow products and USPs;
* Gather feedback from clients and partners, working with R&D to improve products;
* Assist partners in customizing solutions for commercial success.
This role requires strong self-drive, proactiveness, ability to work independently and in teams. Excellent communication skills are necessary, comfortable with customer-facing roles and group training. The ability to understand customer needs and find solutions independently is also crucial. Fluency in English and Italian is required, with additional languages like French, German, Polish, Dutch being a plus.
