Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and enable global CDM initiatives to shape, scale, and govern advanced CDM practices. You'll support regions on high-impact programs that influence customer outcomes, revenue protection, and adoption. This is a strategic, non-operational leadership role focused on thought leadership, enablement, and cross‐region impact. You will drive playbooks, governance, and strategic initiatives such as AI enablement and automation to secure value for customers.
Retribuzione / Benefits Act as a global trusted advisor for complex, high‐risk customer engagements and provide executive-level guidance
Support regions with Customer Readiness workshops, executive discussions, and critical escalations
Lead end‐to‐end lifecycle ownership from contract signature through steady‐state operations and provide escalation support for delivery risks
Guide regions on revenue realization, adoption levers, and expansion readiness in large engagements
Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and governance frameworks across regions, including risk management and escalation handling
Define and maintain global CDM playbooks, frameworks, and best practices; contribute to AI, automation, and new engagement models
Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technologies, or MBA (preferred)
Strong understanding of SAP Basis, system migration, or SAP application knowledge
Knowledge of SAP cloud and hybrid infrastructure and cloud operations
Excellent English communication with ability to present to management and technical audiences
Proven ability to manage multiple engagements in parallel
Proactive problem solving mindset with customer‐first orientation
Strong leadership, relationship‐building, and de‐escalation skills
Experience delivering SAP consulting projects in customer‐facing roles (10+ years) and project management leadership (7+ years)
