You will also establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective accounts to generate revenue, using modern nurturing techniques. Regular communication and meetings with accounts will inform them about new products, services, and promotions to increase sales and reach targets. Building your reputation as a trusted advisor will ensure long-lasting, fruitful business relationships with major accounts. /p pbAccountabilities /b /p ul liResearch, gather, share, and analyze competitor, market, and industry information to define the best-selling approach to increase Etihad's market share and visibility. /li liCollaborate with global sales enablement to determine the best promotion and sales techniques. /li liCommunicate and meet regularly with accounts to inform about new products and promotions, ensuring the most updated value propositions are conveyed timely. /li liCoordinate and draft contractual agreements with accounts to effectively capture customer requirements in compliance with policies. /li liInteract with regional and HQ stakeholders. /li liRepresent Etihad in client meetings or external events as required. /li liLead country or regional commercial projects as defined by the department. /li liDefine, agree upon, and execute a sales activity plan to ensure targets are met, utilizing all available tools, data, and insights. /li liAnalyze market potential to determine the value of existing and prospective customers and use the sales toolkit to convert opportunities into revenue. /li /ul pbEducation Experience /b /p ul liBachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant sales experience. /li liRelevant commercial and analytical experience. /li liUnderstanding of strategic topics and project prioritization. Ability to represent the station/country, including collecting, sorting, and presenting information to diverse audiences. /li liExperience in creating leads or establishing new business within the corporate segment. /li liAbility to manage multiple stakeholders across departments to achieve goals. /li liThis position requires a combination of sales acumen, customer service excellence, and industry knowledge to effectively represent the airline and drive revenue. /li liFluency in Italian and English is required. /li liLegal right to work and reside in Italy. /li /ul pEtihad Airways, the national airline of the UAE, was founded in 2003 and has grown into one of the world’s leading airlines, flying to numerous destinations across continents.
