We serve all the world's major automotive manufacturers as a system supplier and development partner. /p pAdler Evo srl, for the Plant located in Desio (MB), is looking for a bLogistics Manager /b /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and maintain the inventory of raw materials necessary for production supply. /li liMonitor, implement, and adapt Corporation policies regarding your area of responsibility. /li liCollaborate in planning and developing procedures and objectives. /li liResolve any arising problems or customer complaints related to logistic activities. /li liMaintain an effective communication system regarding materials and shipments, both within the company and with customers and suppliers; managing and reporting necessary information to different levels of the company. /li liEnsure the updating of databases and systems related to materials management. /li liEnsure compliance with Safety and Health regulations in your area of competence. Follow all Safety and Environmental regulations defined in work instructions or communicated through training. /li liTake necessary measures for prevention and control of operations. /li liDefine and maintain the inventory of raw materials necessary for production supply. /li liImplement a material management system that integrates supplier deliveries with production requirements and the established quantity of raw materials. /li liEstablish and maintain the inventory of finished products necessary for customer supply. /li liTrain, motivate, and ensure the proper performance of employees under your supervision. /li liProduction Scheduling/Capacity management (semifinished and finished products stock levels and production batches definition, stock level controlling, manpower need calculation - MRPII, Master Production Scheduling, daily production monitoring, bottleneck identification and corrective action implementation, tool change organization). /li liWarehouse management (raw material, semifinished and finished product stocking, lay out definition, visual management and FIFO). /liliTransportation management (In bound and Out bound trip planning, milk rounding and truck saturation). /li liRent container management (stocking and lay out management, stock level controlling and need calculation, procurement and delivery check, container inventory and book-keeping accuracy management). /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAt least 5 years relevant experience in logistics management /li liDegree in engineering or logistics related discipline is desirable. /li liAdvanced knowledge of ERP. /li liExperience in the Automotive T1 environment /li liProject management skills with experience in managing and driving change. /li liGood communication, presentation and analytical skills. /li liAbility to lead, influence and build strong working relationships. /li liHigh level of written and spoken English. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liLeadership; /li liExcellent time and planning skills; /li liGood interpersonal and communication skills; /li liFlexibility, enthusiasm and motivation; /li liReal team player /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer orientation; /li liWillingness, flexibility and dynamism to work in a high pace environment; /li /ul h3We offer /h3 ul liInteresting professional assignment and challenge. /li liInteresting salary and benefit package. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
