Benefits Drive the evolution of IT solutions across the Order-to-Cash process (order management, logistics execution, customer experience) Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions Lead IT projects, coordinating global rollouts, upgrades, and integrations within Campari systems landscape Ensure application availability, stability, and user adoption; maintain architecture and procedure documentation Manage enhancements, delivery plans, and SLA performance with AMS teams Handle critical incidents and escalation processes; manage vendor relationships and contractual obligations Responsabilità 5+ years in similar multinational or consulting roles in Customer Service and Logistics Bachelor's degree in relevant xivgfpx field Experience with SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain (SD, LE, TM, MM) is essential Familiarity with integration technologies (IDocs, EDI, API) and middleware; ITIL/AGILE experience a plus Strong business acumen in end-to-end O2C, Logistics/Transportation, and Customer Service processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent English; Italian and a third European language are plus Willingness to travel up to 10% #J-18808-Ljbffr
