Lamar sekarang untuk menjadi bagian dari tim kami. /ppPosition: Sales Admin Assistant /ppPlacement: Pererenan, Bali - Fully WFO /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliHandling orders, requests, inquiries, and complaints from customers and agents by email /liliCreate sales orders in ERP system and send order confirmations to customers /liliChasing payments from customers and coordinating with agents /liliFollow up orders with production and warehouse teams /liliHandling return/swap processes from customers /liliUpdate ATS stock at broker\'s warehouse on a daily basis /liliUpdate and resize pictures of new collections on website JOOR and DEAR /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliDiperlukan 1 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini /liliGaji yang diinginkan: Rp4,000,000 - Rp5,000,000 per bulan /liliEducation: Bachelor Degree in any field /liliExperienced in Accounting field (Accounts Receivable) /liliRefined verbal and written communication skills in English /liliProficient knowledge of computer applications (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. PowerPoint) /liliStrong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills /liliPrevious experience in fashion/manufacture would be a plus /liliAt least 2 years administrative experience required /liliCan join immediately /li /ulh3Benefits /h3pMedical, Miscellaneous allowance, Parking, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, Annual Leave /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
