What you’ll do HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle Support Lead and manage 360° HR administration, ensuring compliant and efficient processes across the employee lifecycle. Drive smooth and engaging onboarding and offboarding experiences, acting as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers. Manage and oversee documentation related to sickness, accidents, parental leaves, and other employee events, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Coordinate the monthly payroll closure process, partnering with external payroll providers and internal Finance stakeholders. Maintain and continuously improve attendance records, leave reports, and employee master data, ensuring accuracy and data integrity in HR systems. Prepare standard HR reports, dashboards, and basic statistical analyses to support business decisions and improve HR operations. Provide expert support to employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR operations and continuous improvement. Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives within the company. What you’ll need Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in HR support, administration, or payroll roles, ideally within a structured company or consultancy. Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle. Proven experience in payroll coordination and interaction with payroll vendors (knowledge of ADP Payroll is a plus). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong computer literacy. Ability to analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to improve processes and efficiency. Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Italian mother tongue or advanced level are required for an international working environment. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and credibility across all levels of the organization. Based in Milan or within easy commuting distance.
