In this role, you will lead the DC data center architecture efforts to accelerate next-gen DC implementations. You’ll shape end-to-end DC power solutions, balancing safety, efficiency, scalability, and reliability for deployment. You will influence standards, roadmaps, and real-world deployments while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position offers visibility across technology, customer solutions, and industry leadership with a strong impact on data center power systems.

- Own the technical direction of Direct Current architecture solutions for data centers, prioritizing safety, efficiency, scalability, and reliability
- Design end-to-end DC power systems from concept to deployment, integrating current portfolios with future technologies
- Develop advanced control strategies and validation plans to ensure robust, compliant solutions ready for customers
- Serve as a technical authority and thought leader, contributing to standards bodies and industry groups
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify tech gaps and influence product/roadmap decisions

Responsabilità
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in power system design, consulting, or solution architecture
- Strong expertise in data center power systems and/or DC power solutions
- Experience with adjacent environments such as industrial DC systems, marine, rail, or utility applications is valued
- Proven ability to deliver complex, high-impact technical solutions
- Solid foundation in electrical power systems including switchgear, transformers, protection, and control systems
- Leadership experience directing multidisciplinary teams in complex technical environments
- Strategic mindset with ability to balance long‑term vision and execution
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills across cultures and geographies
- Comfort working in fast‑evolving, innovation‑driven environments
