**How you’ll live your ambition**:
We’re looking for a talented professional to join the IT team as IT Change Control Coordinator, reporting to Head of IT Change control at the Company’s Headquarter in Genoa - Italy.
Your role will be critical in ensuring that change and configuration requests are released maintaining the stability and availability of our vessel and shore services.

- You will oversee and drive MAST Infrastructure setup working closely with GMIS, Brand IT and the MAST deployment team.
- You will respond to incidents by identifying the level of impact, troubleshooting basic issues, deploying the appropriate fixes and implementing automations to prevent recurring issues.
- You will work with security and compliance teams to meet internal and external requirements.
- You are in charge to complete documentation revolving around infrastructure and deployments.

- You will plan all phases by playing a key role in driving successful MAST deployments
- Interact with the IT teams for the roll-out of the various activities according to the plans.

**What makes you unique**:
- Your journey includes 3+ years of IT background and at least 2 managing IT Infrastructure projects
- You have a solid Computer Engineering background or scientific disciplines.
- You are a project manager and are familiar with the cruising industry specifically around asset management software.
- You have expertise in full project life cycle - requirements, scoping, managing and delivering - service-oriented business process solutions and optimization
- You gain experience in AMOS or other Asset Management Systems.
- Deep knowledge of systems life cycle management and methods and tools for risk mitigation
- Proven ability to make decisions independently and to assume and/or delegate leadership responsibilities in critical situations
- Proven ability to vary styles of interaction to match the needs of a variety of business and technical audiences
- Drive and coordination of dependent departments, including Technology teams of the various brands. Liaise with operating lines to share knowledge and best practice.
- Strong compliance adherence attitude.
