Advertisers reach new consumers in brand-safe environments with engaging formats and sustainable, reliable results. /ppThe company was founded by Ilhan Zengin, Mario Tiedemann, and Dennis Kirschner in 2016 with headquarters in Berlin and employs almost 350 people worldwide in 25 strategic markets throughout Europe, the Nordics, LATAM, the US, and Asia. /ppWhat You'll Take Charge Of /pulliMaximize programmatic revenue through data analysis, pricing strategies, floor optimization. /liliMonitor and optimize yield performance across multiple AdServers, SSPs, and Ad Exchanges. /liliAnalyze bid landscapes, fill rates, and CPMs to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities. /liliMaintain strong relationships with programmatic partners and platforms (SSPs, DSPs, DMPs). /liliProvide regular reporting on revenue performance, opportunities, and risks. /liliStay up-to-date on industry trends, changes in privacy regulation (e.g. GDPR, TCF), and ad tech innovation. /li /ulpWhat We're Looking For /pulli2/3+ years of experience in yield management, programmatic advertising, or ad operations. /liliStrong understanding of digital advertising technologies (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, OpenRTB, header bidding). /liliExperience managing SSPs/DSPs and optimizing programmatic revenue. /liliAnalytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and data tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Google Analytics. /liliStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. /liliFluent in English (additional languages a plus). /liliAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. /li /ulpWe strongly encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the listed criteria.
