The Offer
* €1,045 gross/month × 14 salaries per year
* €250 monthly performance bonus
* 15-day fully paid distance training
* €150 gross upon training completion with the second cycle of payments (one-time payment)
* Work from home in Greece with all necessary equipment provided (including router)
* Flexible work schedule: Monday–Sunday, 10:00–21:00 (rotating shifts)
* Night shift premium: +25% per hour
* Sundays & public holidays: +75% per hour
* Relocation bonus: €150 gross after 4 months of cooperation with us starting from your hiring date (one time payment)
Relocation Support – Two Options
* All expenses covered: Flight + Hotel stay + Real estate agency fee
* Alternative package: €250 relocation allowance + Real estate agency fee covered (Perfect if you're traveling by car or have your own arrangements)

* Salary increase: After the completion of 12 months of cooperation starting from your hiring date, a salary increase of 1100.00€ (applicable from the first available payroll cycle following the completion of the timeframe)
* After the completion of 3 years of employment, the gross salary increases to 1150.00€. (applicable from the first available payroll cycle following the completion of the timeframe)

* Company-provided PC with multiple screens
* Mobile internet router supplied during onboarding (ideal if you are temporarily in a hotel or without a fixed connection)
