YOUR ROLE
You will be part of MEMS sensor package design team that drives the industrialization of these from initial exploration phase up to release mass production. In this role you will be responsible and deeply involved on below tasks:
 * Design complex feature packages for MEMS, including conducting studies and FEM simulations to identify best structure and bill of materials.
 * Collaborate with involved factories (both ST internal and external contractor) to design and analyze advanced package structures and assess process feasibility for sensors and ASICs.
 * Utilize 3D CAD tools to design and mechanically control non-standard shaped packages, including definition of specific design rules.
 * Investigate the interaction between package features and sensing elements to determine and minimize their mutual impact.
 * Follow up the industrialization of the package from initial conception to the mass production stages
EXPERIENCES
 * Master degree in Mechanical, Material, Physics engineering or other STEM disciplines, supported by experience in semiconductor package design or process development
 * 3 to 5 year experience
 * Extensive knowledge of 2D and 3D cad tools
 * Knowledge in material and processes used on semiconductor package
 * English business proficiency
