Experteer OverviewIn this role you will lead the delivery and evolution of Requirements Engineering capabilities for GCAP HQ, enabling end‐to‐end lifecycle traceability and cross‐partner integration. You will plan migrations from legacy tools, ensure data quality, and establish reference architectures for the digital thread. Working with cross‐functional teams and external partners, you translate needs into a clear capability roadmap and prioritized backlog. You will drive governance, collaboration, and transitions to a target‐state platform that supports verified and certified capabilities.Retribuzione / BenefitsOwn delivery and continuous improvement of Requirements Engineering capabilities and the target platform, managing coexistence with legacy RM tools during transitionProvide expertise in requirements lifecycle management across elicitation, decomposition, allocation, interface specification, verification/validation linkage, configuration baselining, and change controlTranslate business and engineering needs into a target‐state roadmap, transitional plan, and prioritized backlogs including pilots and migrationsAdvise on requirement quality, taxonomy, naming conventions, link semantics, review workflows, and suspect link managementPlan and execute data migration and consolidation, including mapping, harmonization, ID strategy, baselining, and post‐migration validationCapture and consolidate needs across teams and partners to avoid duplicationCommunicate vision, scope, risks, and progress to technical and non‐technical audiences, including cutover impactsDefine domain and supply chain access models and onboarding, with secure partner exchanges (e.g., ReqIF with governance)Coordinate delivery across internal teams and suppliers, ensuring clear ownership for interim operations and target‐state build‐outManage relationships with IBM and system integrators for DOORS NG, Global Configuration, and OSLC/ReqIF integrations; run de‐risking PoCs and pilotsResponsabilitàDegree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical disciplineService Management certification (ITIL) or equivalent experienceProject or Programme Management certification (APM, Prince2) or demonstrable complex‐transition experienceMinimum 10 years delivering requirements engineering in complex programmes with DOORS/DOORS NG configuration, governance, and cross‐tool integration (Cameo System Modeler, TeamCenter)Proven Aerospace and/or Defence programme experience (≥10 years) with traceability, configuration control, certification evidence, and partner exchangesStrong knowledge of model‐based systems engineering and digital thread enablement across requirements, design, test, and in‐service dataStrong financial and resource management skills (planning, budgeting, cost control for transitions)
