You will report directly to the IT Manager and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail IT infrastructure across our store network in Europe and the US.
You will provide both first‐ and second‐level IT support, remotely and on‐site, taking ownership of installations, troubleshooting, rollouts, and new store projects.If you have a strong retail IT background, understand store operations, and enjoy working in a fast‐paced international environment where technology directly supports business performance, we'd love to hear from you.What you'll do:Provide first- and second-level IT support to store users (hardware, software, network, POS systems, mobile devices) across Europe and the US, both remotely and on‐siteManage and maintain store network infrastructure (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls)Install, configure, and support POS systems and cash registers (knowledge of New Store system is a strong plus)Support and manage iOS devices in enterprise environments (enrollment, configuration, troubleshooting, MDM management)Coordinate and execute new store openings, relocations, and refurbishments from an IT perspectiveLead or contribute to rollouts of new hardware, software, and retail solutions across the store network, proactively identifying improvement opportunities and proposing new solutions aligned with business needs and the existing IT infrastructureManage internal application portals and support store teams on business applicationsPerform proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to minimize store downtimeCollaborate with external vendors and service providers when neededWhat we're looking for:At least 3 years of experience in IT Retail environments, supporting multi‐site store networksExperience providing both first‐ and second‐level IT supportStrong understanding of retail operations and store workflowsSolid knowledge of:Network infrastructure (LAN, Wi‐Fi, VPN)POS systems (New Store knowledge is a plus)Apple iOS device management in enterprise environmentsRetail peripherals (scanners, printers – especially Zebra)Preferential knowledge of Microsoft Intune for device management and endpoint administrationProven experience in troubleshooting, rollouts, and project implementationsHands‐on, proactive mindset with strong problem‐solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage on‐site interventionsService‐oriented attitude and strong communication skillsFluent in Italian and EnglishAvailability to travel internationally when requiredWhat we offer:Benefits: monthly lunch tickets, company laptop, product discounts on owned and partner brands, and local perks.A fast‐moving, international environment (26 nationalities, average age 30) where innovation and collaboration thrive. xjrgpwk The opportunity to work closely with some of the most iconic brands in the fashion industry.#J-18808-Ljbffr
