About the roleAs the Regional After Sales Representative – Passenger Cars, He/She is responsible for building and maintaining a strong and customer-focused After Sales service level in the designated region.He/She supports the network of local dealers and dealer groups, focusing on high quality and mutual satisfaction. He/She plays an important role in developing, implementing, and maintaining service products and After Sales propositions. He/She ensures that service procedures are carried out correctly and perform all necessary administrative tasks.This role reports directly to the Aftersales Manager in Italy.LocationSouthern ItalyKey responsibilities- Support the dealer network, focusing on high quality and mutual satisfaction, and act as the BYD after-sales contact person. Ensure that all service procedures are carried out correctly and perform all tasks related to the Aftersales business.- Ensure implementation and follow-up of all BYD aftersales commercial policies and after-sales standards.- Monitor the dealer aftersales business plan and the development of all after-sales activities to achieve BYD P&A; and service qualitative and quantitative objectives.- Secure the quality of the service network through timely training, tooling, and other supportive materials. In collaboration with BYD HQ, create, implement, and ensure regular performance reporting.- Introduce BYD Aftersales Service IT systems/platforms, and ensure deployment in each dealer and service shop.- Plan and organize regular dealer visits, meetings, workshops, and other activities within the region/country.- Assist dealer after-sales management in creating the best customer satisfaction and after-sales experience processes (NPS from service).- Support and communicate with BYD spare parts team/warehouse, technical support, and warranty teams regarding critical issue handling, quality investigations, and training.- Integrate the Aftersales area within the overall business scope of BYD in Italy, proactively aligning and coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Dealer Network Development, Product Management, Training, and other relevant departments.Profile- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent level acquired through education or work experience.- 3+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive / e-mobility within an importer or OEM.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English (mandatory). Chinese is a plus.- High attention to detail, strong time management, resilience and target focus.
