Job Summary: _The Warehouse Specialist maintains and oversees daily operations in the Finished Goods warehouse, providing accurate inventory records, coordinating Inbound and Outbound processes,_ _ensuring that all safety and health protocols are followed._ Essential Job functions: _?_ _Maintain inventory records_ _Coordinate daily shipment planning and slot booking in the Transport management system_ _?_ _Managing/providing documentation for shipments_ _?_ _provide and maintain working instructions for specific area_ _?_ _participate in regular audits_ _?_ _Resolve any issue or discrepancy related to inventory or shipment_ _?support_ _high safety and health standards in the warehouse based on local regulations and CP standards_ _?_ _Provide support for Customer Service and Transportation departments in order to achieve world class customer service_ _?_ _Provide support for Manufacturing, International, and Transportation to solve Supply Chain issues_ _?_ _Maintain proper control procedures at location to ensure the safety of company assets_ _?_ _Participate and contribute in continuous improvement projects_ _?_ _Ensure compliance to Food Standards (AiB) and quality standards in warehouse location_ _?_ _Reporting_ _?_ _Managing/providing documentation for shipments_ _?_ _Maintain relationship with:_ _- European Customer Service, Transport, Planning Managers and his/her staff(s) to help achieve customer service and operations objectives;_ _Plant Personnel to problem solve supply chain damage issues and to manage response to plant shuttle volumes, weekend scheduling, and hold product procedures;_ _International Personnel to support execution of highly specialized operational processes;_ _IT Personnel on SAP and/or EDI system related issues; - Customs Brokers in case some clarification is needed; - Veterinary Inspections_ _External auditors and participate in audits_ _provide and maintain working instructions for specific areas_ Education: STEM Educational Background Experience: 2-5 years experience in WH and logistics area Key Competencies: ? Proven experience in warehouse management ? Excellent organization and multitasking skills ? Proficiency in using warehouse management software and other relevant tools ? Great analytical skills and experience with reporting ? Attention to details ? Interpersonal and Communication Skills ? Strong PC Skills Required: EXCEL and Word Required ? Experience with SAP/WMS is plus ? Experience with Warehouse Management Systems is a plus ?
