Manage the entire procurement process, from requesting quotes to selecting suppliers and negotiating contracts.Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery time criteria, with particular attention to the specific needs of EPC projects.Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong and professional relationships.Work closely with engineering and project management teams to ensure the procurement of materials and services that meet project requirements.Analyze market trends and economic conditions to make informed purchasing decisions.Manage inventory and optimize stock levels, considering the specifics of industrial plants.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in procurement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.Previous experience as a Buyer in EPC or plant engineering environments.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Analytical skills and attention to detail.In-depth knowledge of market dynamics and procurement practices.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good command of English, both written and spoken.Familiarity with procurement management software and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics).Preferred: Experience working in plant engineering companies.
