Support the coordination of group reservations and conference eventsAssist in liaising with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth event executionMaintain a high profile while being professional, polite, and helpfulEnsure all event details are accurately recorded and communicatedSupport the preparation of function sheets and event documentationAssist with site visits and client interactions when requiredReact promptly and deal with any last-minute changes or requestsCommunicate any issues to the Groups & Conference ManagerSupport administrative tasks related to events and bookings
