Support store management in ensuring adequate coverage of store entrances. /li liWelcome each customer individually with courtesy, becoming familiar with their names and acknowledging them by name. /li liAssist Client Advisors during their selling ceremonies. /li liHandle basic queries and problems, referring complaints as appropriate. /li liParticipate in organizing in-store events, fulfill customer requests, and coordinate special moments for guests in collaboration with the Store Manager and colleagues. /li liRespond to customers with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Maintain outstanding communication and guest relations skills.
