Overview
For our Business Unit High Voltage based in Lodi, we are looking for an Associate Project Manager with a focus on CCRP (customer claim) resolution.
Responsibilities
* Manage customer complaints coming from site;
* Monitor the status of the complaint and act as a single interface with customers;
* Minimize costs associated with the complaints;
* Identify/resolve obstacles to completing project on time and to budget;
* Coordinate different departments to provide fast and effective solution to customers (materials, activities and reports);
* Ensure the flow of information needed by the parties involved to solve issues and identify sustainable improvements;
* Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing;
* Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards (e.g., International Standards Organization).
Qualifications
* Engineering degree or technical diploma;
* Excellent knowledge of English and Italian language;
* Ability of problem solving and communication skills;
* Certification PMI/PMP is a plus;
* SAP knowledge is a plus;
* Previous experience of Project management of at least 1/2 years is nice to have.
